Finally unrolled it and the flat weave feels substantial underfoot, exactly what I wanted for the living room. The natural ivory shade is a bit lighter than I expected from the photo, but it works beautifully with the rest of the decor.

The tight wool weave gives this rug a sturdy feel underfoot while still being soft enough for bare feet. I love how the natural ivory shade brightens up my living room without being too stark. The flat construction lays perfectly flat with no curling at the edges.

The herringbone pattern in the ivory wool is subtle enough to look classy but textured enough to catch the light nicely. Edges are finished clean and haven't frayed after two weeks of daily foot traffic.
