陶瓷波浪邊托盤

The scalloped edge on this ceramic tray is exactly what I was hoping for—it gives the rim such a lovely, handcrafted feel. I used it for baking a quiche last night, and the smooth interior made for a perfectly even crust. So glad I picked this up for my kitchen.

I was nervous about the scalloped rim being hard to clean, but it actually wipes right off. The inside surface is beautifully smooth and did a great job with even baking for my quiche.

The glossy brown finish looks even richer in person, and the ceramic heats up nicely for an even bake. I used it for a quiche last night and the scalloped edge made it easy to grip when pulling it out of the oven.
