The large flange detail really makes it look more like actual furniture and less like a kid's toy. I've been using mine for two weeks now and the relaxed square shape is perfect for lounging.

My kid practically lives in this thing now—the oversized flange gives it such a cool, modern look that actually fits our living room decor. The fabric is soft but sturdy enough to survive daily jumping and flopping.

Bought this for my nephew's room and the square shape sits nicely against the wall without sliding around. The fabric feels soft to the touch, and the large flange gives it a more put-together look than most bean bags.
