The lid closes with a satisfying soft thud and stays put when I sit on it, which is exactly the combo of seating and stash space I needed. The fabric looks neat in my living room and the inside holds a surprising amount.

I bought this to stash extra blankets and it fits perfectly, plus the top is sturdy enough to use as a footrest. The neutral color blends right in with my living room decor.

The lid closes smoothly with a soft close mechanism, which is a nice touch for a home office. I’ve been using it to stash extra blankets, and it’s sturdy enough to sit on while I put on my shoes. The fabric texture is a pleasant upgrade from the usual flimsy covers I’ve seen.
